Pricing

• Quilting cost is $0.02 (2 cents) per square inch of quilt top.  If the design is more complicated, or if the quilt is to be densely quilted, the quilting cost is $0.0275 (2.75 cents) per square inch of quilt top.

• There is also a $4.00 unit cost per bobbin used.

• If you prefer not to provide your own batting Sunset Quilting can provide 80% Cotton/20% Poly batting. The price per yard is $8.00.  If you prefer to have a different type of batting used in your quilt, we will try to acquire it.  All costs (batting, shipping if needed) plus 10 percent will be added to the invoice.

Payment Terms

​

• A deposit of 50% of estimated cost is required when quilt is received by Sunset Quilting.  The remaining balance is to be paid upon completion. Payments can be made by cash, money order or credit card.  Sorry, personal checks are NOT accepted.

• Taxes are collected on thread and batting that is supplied by Sunset Quilting. The quilting service itself is not taxable.

****Any quilts not paid for, or not picked up within 30 days of completion become the property of Sunset Quilting, unless prior arrangements have been made.****  (These quilts will probably be finished and either donated to charity or sold).
